Partner With You

The process of partnering with our clients follows a similar journey in most cases:

Informal Conversation

A realisation that something needs to change or improve within their organisation to improve performance leads to an informal conversation with us to assess if coaching might be the solution (it might not be).

Level of Support

Following a preliminary discussion on how coaching would support the wider organisational goals, we have an informal discussion with those to be coached to assess their level of support for the coaching process – a high level of commitment will be needed.

Foundation Session

We’ll then hold a foundation session with them and with the sponsors of the coaching to agree the framework/design of the coaching and to discuss the baseline KPI performance data.

Ambitious Goal

The coaching starts with the coachee creating an ambitious goal for themselves and their teams. How, in the best-of-all-cases, will things have changed as a result of the coaching? What’s the bigger picture, and what sub-goals need to be achieved?

Coaching Sessions

The subsequent coaching sessions focus on each of the sub-goals. What’s the current reality? What are the constraints? What assumptions are being made? What is holding them back? What are the options for moving forward? Which are optimal?

Results

As the coaching progresses we are holding the coachee accountable for the actions that they have committed to taking and, as the coaching programme comes to a conclusion, we will re-measure the KPIs to assess its success.
