“Your first and foremost job as a leader is to take charge of your own energy, and then help to orchestrate the energy of those around you.’’
Develop Leadership
Throughout all aspects of our coaching we encourage our clients to reflect on the kind of leadership style they have and how this affects their performance, their teams, and the overall organisations.
Having worked with many leadership teams we have noticed that those which share certain attributes lead their sectors in performance. We call these teams Synchronised.
Leadership teams which exhibit variable levels of alignment around collaboration, processes, data analysis, and strategic focus, lag in performance – they may be Unfocused, Driven, or Unaware.

Which of these do you identify with in your organisation?
If it’s not the Synchronised-type don’t worry – in our experience they are in the minority.
The attributes of Synchronised organisations do, however, provide reference points for us to understand where we are today and, more importantly, where we’d like to be in the future.
Creating awareness of these gaps, and personal responsibility for closing them, is a big part of what we do with our clients.
