Testimonials
A selection of some of the kind things our clients have said about us:
"Stuart was highly regarded as a coach to what was then a relatively inexperienced management team. He quickly assessed our strategic and operational needs and set about coaching us on what changes would drive organisational performance and how this could be accomplished. He brings out the best in others and this reflected very well in the performance of the business."
Ivan Sofenko, Country Manager, DNOW
"Stuart is an outstanding coach. To align the organisation with its strategy he created a 3-day workshop for the management team which combined MBA-level theory with a highly relevant case study analysis. One-to-one sessions to monitor individual objectives followed, and team-building events created a great team-spirt. The results spoke for themselves"
Lee Davies, Operations Manager, Sodexo
“It was a great experience being coached by Stuart. He has a relaxed and easy way of discussing priorities, analysing performance, and creating base lines. His approach to coaching opens the mind to new possibilities and his constant support and guidance has made the achievement of ambitious goals possible. I would certainly recommend him.”
Ashley Gibbs, Director, MacKay Group
"Stuart was coaching me as part of my promotion and transition to Branch Manager. I thoroughly enjoyed the process which covered advanced financial, sales and operations management. Stuart’s approach was highly engaging, comprehensive and totally professional. I felt completely prepared for my new role at the end of the process."
Eldar Yolchiyev, Branch Manager, DNOW
