Pricing & ROI
We don’t have standard rates as such.
Each engagement is considered separately, and we offer a range of flexible pricing options including retainer, fixed fee, performance-related, and competitive hourly rate.
We believe that ROI can most accurately be measured if the engagement has a quantitative objective and where this is the case, it has been our experience that it increases with the revenues of the organisation.
For example, a business unit with annual revenues of >£100mil may yield an ROI of over 500% over a 6-12 month engagement where coaching has financial or quantitative objectives.
Where the engagement has a qualitative objective, we will agree baseline measurements of the current situation, the impact that improved performance would have, and agree target post-coaching metrics.
